Crumbs and Doilies

This is potentially the best thing you will ever lay eyes upon.

I don't normally fall into the cupcake trap.. but this is an exception for a couple of reasons.

Secondly, I found 'Cupcake Jemma' through Jamie Oliver's Foodtube, and have been totally obsessed since. Crumbs and Doilies is a tiny little shop in Carnaby, founded and owned by Jemma Wilson. You'll often see her working in the Soho shop, and she posts regularly on her YouTube channel, sharing tips and recipes.

We opted for the mini cupcakes so that we could try a few different flavours. The nice thing about this place is that they have a mix of both the known and unknown, yet all of them still have a unique touch. We chose caramel pretzel, apple crumble, white chocolate matcha and rose pistachio, all delicious.

Crumbs and Doilies also bake brownies and phenomenal cakes to order. Check out their website and Instagram, where they post all sorts of mouth watering pictures.

Whether you like cake or not, give Crumbs and Doilies a visit on your next trip to London and I promise you won't be disappointed.
