Wulff & Konstali

I'm not sure where the concept started, but suddenly Copenhagen is full of places where you can build your own brunch.

Wulf & Konstali have two seperate locations in Copenhagen, Island Brygge and Amager. Yes, I know what you're thinking..Amager. Well, I recently moved here and there are lots of places popping up, so prepare to be proven wrong.

Ordering is simple, you take a slip at the till and then place a cross on either 5 (129dkk) or 7 (149dkk) pieces.

The 5 piece brunch was enough to leave me stuffed, probably because it was only 11.30 and I'd eaten breakfast too ;)

Below you can see the smoked salmon, avocado with chia seeds, scrambled eggs, chocolate waffle with raspberry cream, sausages and bacon.

Everything is delicious, and they only use the best quality products. The butter they use is from Øllingegård mejeri, so you can tell that they aren't cutting any corners.

Finally, one of the most wonderful pastries you will find in Denmark.

This was hands down the best tebirkes I have ever tasted, and I have put many to the taste test.
