Guilt-Free Snacking

I love a cheeky mid-morning snack, late afternoon snack, midnight snack snack snack snack...
The only problem is that supermarkets seem to stack the shelves full of crisps and all sorts. The sneaky buggers also think it's a good idea to place all of the sweets right next to the checkout. Well, I'm not falling for that nonsense anymore.
I'm not saying that I'm always denying myself a cheeky crisp now and then, but I feel so much better when I'm stocked up on the healthier stuff.
I've never really been one for chocolate, I know, weird. This has changed. Pana Chocolate, I don't know whether I love you or hate you now that I eat chocolate because of you. Luckily, the ingredients are all natural, the bar is creamy and tastes divine. They also have a great, diverse range of flavours to choose from. If you live in Australia you'll be lucky enough to have access to their divine looking shops.

Another chocolate that I have fallen for is OMBAR, again all natural ingredients. The coconut milk flavour pictures above tasted just like a creamy milk chocolate that would otherwise be full of nasty sugars and bad fats. Both are a little on the pricey side, but well worth it for an occasional treat.
Livia's Kitchen make Raw Millionaire Bites, which are unbelievable. Unfortunately they're only available in the UK at the moment, so fingers crossed! Once again they're quite expensive at £4.99 each, but you're paying for good ingredients.

We've all heard of Nakd. No words needed. Apart from you can buy these in most places now, horrah!
