6 months ago, I spent most of my days on this street, studying for my bachelor. At the time it was nothing out of the ordinary.
Over the past few months Blågårdsgade has turned into a food and drink haven. You'll find in nestled between the lakes and the quirky district Nørrebro.

There are plenty of places to eat around this area, whether you're looking for burgers, noodles or Mexcian, you'll find all this and much, much more.
Blue Taco, serves a variety of gluten free tacos that actually are blue. They also offer a good range of vegan and vegetarian options. Prices start at 40dkk for one taco.
GAO dumpling are the first of their kind in Copenhagen, and sell out every day, so count yourself lucky if you manage to get your mitts on some of this gold dust. Prices start at 55dkk for 6 dumplings, and combos start at 185dkk for 2 trays of dumplings and 3 sides.
The final newcomer to Blågårdsgade is Curry Nation, and my, oh my, they sure know how to make
a good curry. Everything is served in an informal manner, but it's strangely comforting. Prices start at 99dkk for a curry, 20dkk for naan, and the menu also includes loads of incredible side dishes. Copenhagen are finally upping their curry game!

If you're looking for great atmosphere, loads of bars and at least one dinner option, this is the place for you!
